Concentriq was recently featured in a Barron’s piece written by long-time friend and industry leadership expert Fran Skinner addressing how the pandemic has created a unique opportunity to find high-quality talent. This trend has developed as working remotely has left people with more time to reflect, taking stock of their careers, long-term goals, and life priorities. Because of that, we have seen an influx of interest from many candidates we have known for years who, in the past, politely declined making a job change. The current environment has changed all of that and really presented an interesting quandary where there is a unique opportunity to acquire top-notch talent, however many employers have paused hiring amid the market pullback. We believe this “buyer’s market” will remain robust for the remainder of this year as the backdrop continues to normalize.
